History doesn't repeat itself exactly—but ideas often do.

For years I researched the Soviet Union, interviewed survivors of communist regimes, and studied the methods by which communist ideology spread throughout society. That research became Beneath Sheep's Clothing.

This short introduction explains why I believe understanding communism is just as important today as it was during the Cold War.
